Orders placed on business days will be packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Pre-order items ship on the specific date marked on product listing pages.

  3. All delivery timelines are estimates only. Delays caused by customs clearance or local courier backlogs are not eligible for compensation.

Shipping Fee Standards

Customs & Import Duties

Tracking & Lost Packages

  1. A tracking number will be sent to your registered email after dispatch for real-time delivery tracking on our website.
  2. If tracking status shows "delivered" but you have not received your parcel, please check local courier offices, neighbors or building management first. Contact our support team within 7 days for further investigation.
  3. If a parcel is confirmed lost with no tracking updates for a long period, we will resend your items or issue a full product refund (original shipping fees non-refundable).

Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery of your package without valid justification, all round-trip shipping charges will be deducted from your final refund amount.
